Ingredients

Mangosteen

Mangosteen is a good source of vitamin C and fiber, which provides about 12% of RDA per 100 g. Vitamin-C is a powerful water soluble antioxidant, and consumption of fruits rich in vitamin-C helps the human body develop resistance against viral-flu and help scavenge harmful, pro-inflammatory free-radicals.

Mangosteen is also a moderate source of B-complex vitamins such as thiamin, niacin and folates. These vitamins are acting as cofactors that help the body metabolize carbohydrates, protein, and fats. Further, it also contains a very good amount of minerals like copper, manganese and magnesium.

With its antioxidant properties, products with mangosteen as an ingredient can also be able to improve the immune system and prevent the body from diseases.

Guyabano

Guyabano is known to be rich in vitamin C and B vitamins, together with significant amounts of thiamine, calcium, carbohydrates, niacin, and dietary fiber. This combination of nutrients supports various bodily functions, from boosting the immune system and promoting healthy skin to enhancing energy production and helping with digestion.

Its antioxidant properties may also be able to help combat oxidative stress, and even reduce the risk of chronic diseases by neutralizing free radicals in the body.

Moringa (Malunggay)

Moringa has been used for centuries because of how it is packed with essential vitamins and minerals, which includes vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, calcium, potassium, iron, and zinc. This nutrient richness supports overall health and wellness, while potentially lowering the risk of chronic diseases as well.

Moringa is also renowned for its ability to nourish both hair and skin because of the said vitamins and minerals. Vitamin A promotes healthy cell growth – which is important for maintaining a healthy scalp and hair; and zinc for stimulating hair growth by enhancing immune function. Meanwhile, its antioxidant properties (vitamin C and vitamin E), can help fight free radicals that can cause premature aging – reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and age spots.

Ganoderma

Ganoderma is known for its ability to support the immune system, which enhances the body’s immune response that helps protect against infections and illnesses. It contains vitamins such as vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin C, and vitamin D – all play essential roles in various bodily functions such as energy metabolism, immune function, and antioxidant defense.

Ganoderma has also been studied for its potential benefits in supporting blood sugar regulation.

Acai Berry

Acai berries have gained popularity as a healthy addition to one’s diet, given that they are rich in antioxidant properties – helping neutralize harmful free radicals in the body and potentially reducing oxidative stress and inflammation.

There are also some studies that acai berries help in weight management because of the fiber content and potential metabolism-boosting properties present in these berries.

The benefits of acai berries also extend to skincare – with their antioxidants and vitamins supporting skin health and combating signs of aging.

Sweetened with Stevia (No Sugar)

Stevia, a natural sweetener with proven health benefits, is a green leafy plant that grows in South America. It’s a 100% all-natural zero calorie sweetener with two major sweet compounds called Stevioside and Rebaudioside A; and serves as a healthier alternative to refined sugar. This ingredient is recommended for people with diabetes.
